Terms and Conditions of Service

2.1. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old or use the App under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using the App, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement under the laws of India.

2.2. Account Security

To access certain features (such as syncing stickers or recovering data), you may be required to verify your identity using a mobile phone number or email address. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information.
• Maintain the security of your verification codes (OTP) and account credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Provide an emergency contact if requested for account recovery purposes.

3.1. Prohibited Content

You agree NOT to upload, create, or share any content that:

• Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or obscene.
• Promotes hate speech, violence, or discrimination based on religion, caste, race, or gender.
• Infringes upon the intellectual property rights (copyrights, trademarks) of others.
• Violates the Information Technology Act, 2000 or any other applicable laws in India.

3.2. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App.
• Use automated bots to scrape data or overload our servers.

4.1. Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the photos you upload and the stickers you create. However, by using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you (e.g., converting an image into a sticker format).

4.2. App Content

All rights, title, and interest in the App itself (including software, design, logos, and code) are the exclusive property of the App developers. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use only.

6.1. "As Is" Basis

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

6.2. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data or device malfunction.
